Which Tuner should i get?

Hi I have a 2006 Ford F150 4x4 that is Stock. I would like to ge a tuner but dont know what to go with here is what I am looking for,
1) I would like to have a tuner that would give me some hp and torque gain as i do tow trailers often.
2) I would like for it to have gauges
3) I would like to see my 0-60 and 1/4mi times
4) I would like to be able to see my gas milage and things like that
5) I must be able to use it in my next truck that would be a 2008 f150
6) I would like to remove my speed limiter
7) I would like to be able to reprogram my pcm for larger tires

so I am looking for the tuner that would give me the most of the things i am looking for.
Thanks and happy holidays:santa:

as far as I know the only one that allows you to move from truck to truck and to view all the things you want is the edge. I have had both the edge and the xcal2, hands down the xcal2 from troyer performance as far as horsepower.

everything else would be the edge.

Please please please, use the search feature on this website. These question are asked all the time! You will find everything you ever wanted to know about tuners as well as anything else. I'm just letting you know so that you don't get blasted by someone else! We keep getting a large amount of newbies here and they all keep asking the same questions. Not trying to sound like a A**, but we keep seeing the same questions over and over.

BTW? Welcome to the site!

I agree. Do some reading on this forum and then ask questions.

Well after looking at what YOU want the programmer for I would suggest an Edge becasue of its display capabilities....that is if your not running an intake or any other custom Mods because than you may run into problems.

If you start adding an intake and other mods I would suggest a custom tune such as the Xcal 3 w/ troyer tunes. This doesnt have a display but you can buy something like the dashhawk which is reasonably priced and you can view everything you want with that.

This is just from what I have learned on this helpful forum. My troyer tunes are on order so I cannot give you first hand knowledge on how they run but everyone that has them loves them and they are pretty much touble free. I did however have an edge in my last truck(03 f150 Fx4) and I loved it, I had no problems...but this time I wanted to go custom

Livewire, I guess.

I'd just go with a Xcal2 or Xcal3 with something for gauges. Brain fart and I can't remember what it's called.
