Yesssss....

I finally got my Xcal2 from Troyer about 2 weeks ago. I have only had a chance to try one of the 3 tunes. Holy crap. I acutally feel like my truck has a living, breathing V-8 motor in it now. The shift points are better and firmer, acceleration rocks even at hwy speeds, throttle reponse is greate etc... . My truck is pretty much stock 05' SCREW 4x2 that I use as a daily driver. I cannot wait to load my High octane performance tune and see what happens. I guess I am just another satisfied customer of Troyer performance.

Trust me guys, I waited about 2 to 2 1/2 months from the time I place my order to the time I installed my tune. Was it worth the wait... OH HELL YEAH!!!!

You might have just a slightly longer wait since they have to load your tunes then send everything out. Like Msall said, he got his in about 6 weeks through email. I know how you feel, I'm in the long *** line with you bud.

Yea, the wait is more than worth it so don't sweat it too bad. Gotta tell you all that after having the mailed tunes and then being at Mike's shop I'm more than impressed with what they do. I am a VERY picky person but will usually have enough patience to sit back and see what the result is and then base a decision AFTER giving someone a chance to make or break themselves. It's like I told Mike........whether we like each other or not, I'll be driving the truck in 6 months and what that feels like is what will make me happy (btw I happen to respect Mike very much and I'm sure would enjoy bs'ing over a few brews but that's besides the point). Well Troyer has met my expectations in full and passed the test. You can be sure Mike's full attention will be dedicated to your tunes when he does them and that in addition to the shear volume is the reason for the wait but in the end the chance of you satisfaction is EXTREMELY high. I let my buddy drive my truck tonight and he was speechless for a few seconds so I was like "well .....what do you think" he was like "holy crap".....I was like dude that's what everyone says you're boring me. Seriously I've had the tunes for about 5k+ miles now and the newness should be worn off but the smile still hasn't left my face. I would consider upgrading this mod to equal the gear change even for EVEN money. No question bang for buck it's hands down the best thing I've done. I would rate it like this (power wise): Troyer tunes/gears= close tie for first(these are things you can DEFINITELY feel, don't need a dyno to tell you)/AF1 high flow intake and e-fans=I guess probably a distant second but ? as to how much is the tunes and how much is the intake (guess that it's sort of like a team effort, though the fans are sweet for other reasons)/exhuast= even more distant third........honestly it sounds great but as far as performance exhaust has never done anything for me. Good luck....hope you are as satisfied as I am.
