Simple Tune Question

My battery is over 5 years old and I want to replace it soon. My question is, do I need to load the stock tune back before I do the battery replacement? I looked in the owners manual and it has a short procedure to go through when replacing the battery, is it best to do this with the factory tune loaded and then load the Troyer tune back later?

Thanks

If you are at all worried, by all means return to stock. You do not have to, though. Just ENSURE you do NOT have the key in the ignition! LOL!

The tune is stored in the PCM's non-volatile memory, so is unaffected.

Either way, your adaptive strategy optimizations are cleared ( the KAM).
