cpo, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Just make sure and adjust for the new gearing.. and as ftruck05 said, run it awhile with the low fuel light on before filling up on 92.. I did almost 35 miles with the light on.. then I couldn't stand it, was afraid of running out, so that's when I filled 'er up with 93..

Be careful with the 92 tune and new gears man, I'm sure the gears should be broken in(allowed to go through a few heat cycles) before you start beating on them.

I ran my 87 octane down to 20 Miles left before empty....

Then I filled her up to the brim with 91 Octane

Changed my tune on my Edge to the Performance tune...

Ran good for a couple hours, then i turned it off and later went out again, it wouldn't crank...

I turn the key and it tried to start, but sputtered and died, then I did it again and it started but BARELY...Then I could totally feel the power was screwed up, and it was all choppy. Turned it off, went back to level 2, and now its running fine, i want to run lv3 though....\

Think that was cause the octane was too low?

Could I fill it up with 93 once i wear it down like 1/4 of a tank to even it out?

I have no idea, I was wondering if it was as a result of maybe the Little bit of 87 octane diluting into the 91 octane and ended up being a little less than 91....Because the Lv3 is used for 91 octane

Also hope its not as a result of the Edge

I made the switch over to the 92 performance tune once my new gears were installed. Ran it for a little while after the low fuel light came on, but probably could have went a little longer as I barely put 26 gallons in the truck to fill it up. I don't have that seat of the pants feeling I had when I first installed the tunes. I'm hoping that it's just the new gears working themselves in and the truck getting used to the new tune. Don't get me wrong it's an improvement over what it was, but just not as impressed as I thought I would be.

Wow.. no, I wouldn't think 2 or 3 gallons of 87 diluting a full tank of 91 would cause any problem at all.. I'd certainly call Edge and see what they have to say..

And for sure go back to level 2 for a quarter tank or so (it won't hurt anything to use 91 with the 87 settings) then top off again with 91, back to level 3 and see if it helps..

Not good performance though, regardless..
