Edge: What the hell?
Guys,
I sold my Edge Evolution but the new owner said it still is programmed to my F150. How do I revert it back like it was brand new so the new owner can hook it up to his F150?

Plug it back up to your truck and Verify that you returned it to stock and if you didn't then do so and then it should work on the other guys truck.
If not CALL edge as they don't seem to be real good on answering Emails

I would assume that you *did* return the unit back to stock before you sold it. As far as I am aware, there hasn't been an issue when switching from one truck to another as long as the unit was returned to stock, but stranger things have happened.
When the person you sold it to plugs it in, what does it show in the upper left corner of the display? 0, 1, 2 or 3?
One thing he can try if it is in fact set to 0 is to download the update software and perform an update on the unit. This will actually clear the memory contents and return it to a *new* state.
If all else fails, have them call me and I'll see if I can help get them going.
