I'm starting to think I should've went with VMP instead of TP so I would have to wait so long. Oh well I probabaly have about 6-8weeks wait for my TP tunes.

Thump, Did you ever have your air fuel ratio checked with your tunes. I live about an hour from the nearest Dyno. Just happens to be at a Ford Dealer that runs its own Performance shop. Just wondering if data logging is as important as TP's tunes. I will also be going with VMP. Wasnt real happy with my last tunes.

I had the competitors tunes in my 05 and really wasnt happy with them. I never had it data logged so I only blame my self. Does any one know if all the power is high in the RPM range (where I dont drive) or can he get it through out the RPM range. By the way Justin is fantastic about answering ?'s. I am only triing to get info from people that already have his tunes.

hmm sounds pretty good to me. What are Troyer tunes costing? i Tried looking online but coulnd't quite find the right kind i was looking for??
Hopefully after regearing i will have someo money left over for a tune.

Which you think would be better TUNER or EXHAUST? There pretty similar prices. Im not really looking into racing or anything. More just fuel efficiency!

I had several tunes, by several different tuners, so I guess I'll make some comments here. Well to start I originally had troyers tunes and then wanted to see if he was as good as everyone said, so I got a tune from Eric at innovated diesel. This was with the 3.25 AF One intake, and boy was it AWESOME, but it kept tripping the CEL light and he couldn't get it worked out for me. His customer service was awesome. I changed intakes, and Eric hooked me up with a tune for the JLT Ram air intake, it was okay. I tried bama chips and they still haven't sent me a working tune. Not very impressed at all with BAMA CHIPS. I tried Justin at VMP and at first his tune wasn't working properly(wouldn't shift at higher rpm) Justin finally hooked me up with a working tune. It was okay again nothing to brag about. Then I tried BRENSPEED. His tune was really, really good. Great low end power, spinning my 35's with ease. Then I talked to Mike about the JLT intake vs his AF ONE and he had me come down to dyno the two. I had my JLT intake and the original tune sent to me by JLT. Mikes tune blew it away. I posted all the findings plus dynos in a different thread so won't get into it. I guess what i'm trying to get at, if I wasn't going to go with troyer I would definetly go with Brenspeed. Since I have the AF ONE intake I only run troyers tunes, because no one else can send u a mail order tune for it. U would have to get it dynoed.

Yes, I've had a dyno tune.

If Justin can make weazel happy, than he can make anyone else happy.

What size? . . at the least you're going to need to datalog and have him revise your tune. If it was an oversized AF1, I hope you mentioned it to Justin.
