Hi.

What year?

If it's pre-04, look at the pcm ( pass side footwell - silver box). If there is a module stuck in the J3 port - yer chipped.

Now, if a flash programmer was used, on any year ( and one wasn't included with the truck) - you really can't tell, unless the seller tells you.

I really doubt it unless they gave you a hand held tuner since it can only be used on one vehicle. It wouldn't make much sense for them to tune the truck and than take the tuner with them.

This happens- perhaps not too frequently - but it does ...

I would think that the stock program is different on my old '04 and my new '07 are different, so I want to make sure that I am not going to screw anything up.

Is there anyway to reset the EDGE back to original settings?

Yeah - it's been a busy day.

You know you've won when the other party pulls out the **** / racism stick in desperation. Tool, lol!

Not even a real contest with a scumbag like that.

I hope the NM cops have some fun with it.

Oh, BTW - You can borrow my anti-sieze anytime. I'll even apply it for you, as apparently you have not a clue

NOW - BACK to CHIPS !!!

lol... I didn't read all of the thread. I kinda picked up on the topic at hand through your comments, but I couldn't find the actual posts, in what, over 700 pages of thread?
Yeah, the **** comment was a doozy. That was near the end of the thread, and that's why I saw it.

Pffft, anti-seize, anti-shmeeze!!

Okay, back to this boring chip crap

Yeah, thanks Bubba. I really didn't want to find his posts that bad Perhaps you might narrow it down for me with a direct link
This thread is dead anyway. These trucks don't actually use chips anyway, right? I thought they were standalone tuners.

Okay, back to chips, I guess
