I've got an '06 f-150 Harley Davidson edition and am looking to start some mods. What kinda chip do yall recommend? I've heard good things bout that Edge programmer, but what else has been used and has good results?

 

Welcome! Use the search feature, you will find tons of info that will help you decide. Depends on what you want out of a programmer. Most use either the Edge or the Xcal2 cutom tuned by Troyer Automotive.

There's only one Edge programmer applicable to your truck ( not a chip - you can't USE a chip).

You will get much better results by going custom - and it's actually cheaper than the Edge now ( with F150Oline member discount):

It's sad that I have to because everyone here is like a robot. Tuner = "Edge and Troyer" There are other tuners out there that are just as good as Troyer. So don't say VMP's tunes are "second best" considering I don't think you've had them? I know for a fact there is one member who likes his VMP tunes more than the Troyer tunes.

No but we don't want to get into why I didn't get TP's tunes. But granted I haven't had their tunes is why I didn't say VMP's are better, I said they're just as good. Options, Options. . and that doesn't mean just Edge and Troyer. Dare I mention BamaChips/Junses!
