My 5.4 has no power

My 5.4 has no power
well I have an 03 5.4 with an edge evo K&N cai and a custom 3in exhaust that exits infront of the rear tire and as hard as i try I can't seem to get the rear tires to break loose any ideas on how I can get more power outta my truck

level 3, 93 octane, up WOT fuel, and you should burn some rubber

I have the old style edge can i still turn up the wot or do i need the new edge
