Hi.

A couple options - I'm sure there are more ... you can play with Google....

Be advised of the significant learning curve involved.

http://www.sctflash.com/product_racer.php

http://www.snipertuning.com/new/

My vote is on SCT - for tool maturity, feature set, support and vehicle specialization ( a.k.a. Fords).

I'm using the Snipe Special Forces. Well, actually someone did a "custom" tune for me using the Delta software (would rather have someone who knows what they are doing fine tune it for me )
If you have any questions, you can just go over to the Sniper forum and ask away

As I understand it, the Pro Racer software does come with tuning already installed by the dealer. So, you could copy or modify a dealer tune to create a new tune, while saving the original tune. This would enable you to reload the dealer tune if your modified tuning gets away from you. I have seen the tutorial for the PRP, and it is deep, 100's of adjustments. La Sota Racing sells the tutorial CD, I'd start with that.
