Hey guys,


I'm probably going to go to Xcal2 custom tuned but I want to keep my Edge for gauges. How can you use the Edge for custom gearing and tire size though? Doesn't that require using the Edge on a custom program that would overwrite the Xcal2 program?

If you set the gearing/tire size in the Xcal then would the Edge read it? Otherwise, what's the point keeping the Edge for gauges?

 

if you get the custom tuned xcal2 you will use it to change tire size and ratios or whatever else will need to be changed. the edge will become a gauges only unit.

 

I guess that's my question. The Edge will recogonize that I changed the tire/gear ratio using the Xcal and give me the proper readings?
