Used tuners?

I had a dodge and the tuner for it was locked on that trucks vin for life. Can you really buy these used tuners from people and reuse them on your truck or are you just buying a used paper weight? Also does anyone know does the Edge fix speedo for tire size?

I am using an Edge that I bought from another member here. It changes vehicles fine as long as you restore the first one back to stock before moving to another.
Yes, the Edge will compensate for tire changes.

you didn't return the vehicle to stock and "unlock" the tuner every tuner VIN locks when it saves the factory programing and remains that way until you return the vehicle to stock programming.

reading up on the description/features of the edge and it says that you can adjust the speedo for tire size changes

the throttle body spacers are the only paper weight I know of that people rush out to buy since they advertise ?? horsepower and torque gains
