The Edge will allow you to correct the speedometer with the 37s, but with 3.55s its gonna suck big time and you will get horrible gas mileage. With that size of tire I would run at the minimum 4.56 gears with 4.88 being a good choice.

Thumbs up Get the gears

Hey dude,
I raised my 2006 Supercrew 6" and added bigger wheels. I decided to go from stock gears up to 4.56, but wanted to wait a little and see how it all worked without them. The EDGE Evo II made a little difference, but not much. It made it driveable than not messing with it. But then I added the Ford 4.56 gears and it brought at all back to life...better mileage (about 1-2 mpg), tighter shifting, rolled nicer, handled a little better...the whole ride seemed to be back to normal. I will say that I should have gone one step higher in gears, as I would have noticed more of a performance gain!

I say, if you're raising it 8", go three steps higher than stock. Don't even mess with only getting the 4.56 gears. You'll get out of the hole a lot faster!
