Normally they go out the same day, but it also depends on what time of day we get the order, and how many are going out that day - for example, if we get the order on a Friday, they may not go out in email until Monday.
But normally, they are sent out within 24 hours of the time the order is placed during the week, just to let you know.
One other thing to let you know - we are still having some email problems - we have identified it as two separate problems - one is our Cisco router, and the other is our POP email server that hosts our web site - we have had out IT guy out here almost every day for the past 3 months working on this, doing logs, tracers, checking routing, etc., to identify the cause. What happens is, sometimes we send the email out, but the email server just decides to disconnect - sometimes we get a notification of that (in most cases), but every once in a while we do not. Now this usually affects only the emails with large file attachment,s say, 4 Mb+ or so - but every once in a while, we'll have an issue with just a regular email, or an email with a small file attachment, like the info we send out for a custom tuning order that is placed - this is relatively rare, but it does happen once in a while, which is why we have had out IT guy working on this so hard.
SO the router is being replaced under warranty this next week, and then we also have a service ticket in with the hosting company that hosts our web site, which is where all of our email goes thru for them to track down those weird mis-routs, disconnects, etc.
the bottom line is, anyone who has not received their email with the CPW's attached to it within say, 48 hours of placing their order (during the week) should shoot us an email or give us a quick call to let us know & we'll get them sent out again & make sure you get them!
