Edge Programmer rather than Module??

Edge Programmer rather than Module??

does anyone have the cheaper edge that plugs in under the dash rather than the actual module with gadges and what not??

I bought one off of EBAY for cheap for my 03 - the older one as you described but I am still waiting for it to come. Should be here in a couple of days (I'm hoping).

Are you having issues with it? Also, how did you mount yours?

Im not sure about this, i have the newer one. But doesn't it just plug int oyu make your cahnges and then you unplug it. I dont think there is any mounting.

Im pretty sure about that.

Yeah i just checked and you dont mount it any where. You conect it and make your changes or run your tests likt 0-60 and 1/4 mile or run codes. Then you disconect it.

All your changes are saved in the computer and your good to go. Thats why most people are goign with the evo with the display. You can leave that pluged in and do your changes anywhere at anytime with out connecting something. It also lets you see stuff while your driving without having to worry about a cord and such in the way.

thats where i checked. I couldn't find the gas engine one for ford but i found the powerstroke one and its the same module.
