I have the opportunity to by the superchips or edge programmer for my 07 F150 for $250. Sounds like there are a lot of problems with edge. I'm leaning towards superchips. Anyone have superchips in their 07? How is it? problems? mileage? power? Thanks

 

I have an 07 and was trying to decide between the two myself. After reading many threads on the various Edge issues I have decided to go with the Superchips 1815. I had also considered a custom tune from Troyer but after talking to Mike about my expectations and not wanting to wait 5-7 weeks for his Xcal2 system be advised me to go with the Superchips tuner. So go grab an 1815 and start having fun.

I have one in mine. I love it. Had it for over 5000 kms so far, and no worries at all.

I have one as well. The only thing is that the Superchips 1815 does not support a CAI. You can send it in to Superchips for the update. They state they will support it like all other upgrades in the next couple of weeks.

 

Im thinking about getting the 1815 or the edge if they get the kinks worked out
