Mike, I'm working on a deal to purchase a PTK turbo kit for my truck. I will be installing it along with VT stage 2 turbo grind cams. Can or will you be able to tune my truck? Also what kind of PSI will I be able to run on my built motor? Thanks in advance.

Yes, we can handle that.

Now the PTS kit generally mounts the O2 sensors too far away from the engine/turbos to keep them hot enough to stay in closed loop - at least, that is a typical problem in some of their Mustang kits. That may or may not affect your F-150 kit, but at any rate, we can handle the tuning, and also provide those same cams at a great price.

With regard to how much boost you can run, I can't tell you that with the very limited info here - for that we will need to discuss this over the phone in some detail, as there are numerous factors that will determine the max boost level, and some trick ways to handle the boost level on the fly as well, by the way.
