Is EDGE out of business?

I bought my Edge Evo about a week ago. I have registered my product on thier web site and registered as a customer. I have tried to connect and update the EEF2400, but I get something that says the server is unavailable. I have tried to log on to my customer accout and get a login error, even though I know the passord is correct because I wrote it down. Then I sent them an email contact through the web site a and got nothing, Then I sent them an email from Outlook and I get back a message from Edge Products that says delivery failed, (This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed, customersupport@edgeproducts.com). The message is from(postmaster@edgeproducts.com).

I guess I will try a phone call. Maybe their computer system has been down for several days.

Anyone have any ideas where they are?

DG

Ogden Utah. If you are behind a firewall or have an antivirus program running, they can block you from getting updates from the edge site.

They just got bought up by MSD. Just give them a call. I called them yesterday and didn't have a problem.

It seems the way the edge software is that you can't have virus protection software running. I have been in contact with them lateley including today by email. Nate is a stand up guy there at edge. I had to fix problems on my computer for the lightning software to run. I don't agree that they need that much access to my computer.. but Nate is helpful and a good guy. Are you having problems with the loading of the lightning software? I may be able to help you. Or I would try to call them direct. I do believe from my experiance that it is a problem on your computer..

I had to go in deep and set my access for me to be able to let the HKEY something or other to let me install software... lucky guess on my part... I am not the best with computers. It was my fault all the way... between spyware scans and all. The fault code was HKEY 1401. I downloaded the software fine.. it just wouldn't install. I googled HKEY 1401 and gave me lots of answers.

I think you may be wrong.............do a google search, plenty of info stating that "MSD Ignition Acquires Edge Products".

It's OK, we've all made mistakes.
