Well - if 'price is out of the question', then you are S.O.L, because there are no free "turners"
On the other hand, if you actually had money ... the best back-fer-buck is a Troyer Performance Xcal2 with three custom tunes.
BTW - your FartMasters and to a lesser extent your K&N, are contraindicated.

AS MGDFAn mentioned, for the best tuning and actual performance results, you'll want to give us a cal and go with our custom tuning - we've specialized in these F-150's for over 15 years and everyone who knows anything about tuning for F-150's knows that we are well known for getting more safe & sustainable performance out of them than any other unit.
