Superchip for 2005 F150

I am looking at buying a superchip for my truck. Should I get the 1745 max micro tuner or the new 1815 flashpaq tuner? I know there is a price difference, is it worth paying more for the newer one?

Hi.

Neither.

For just a bit more, you can get far superior results with custom tuning, in an Xcal2 from Troyer Performance.

But that's just me... if you are leaning towards a canned tuner, both of those will likely produce similar resuls - the FlashPaq has more features (web-updates), hence it costs more. Your call, really.

Search for more - & pull up a chair.. lots to read.

Hey chreese2, I tried emailing/PM'ing you, but you have them disabled... Anyway, Just wanted to let you know that I have a slightly used 1745 tuner that I've been trying to sell for a few months. I'm willing to let it go pretty cheap just to get rid of it... If you're interested, email me at bamorris2 (at) gmail.com.

You need 50 or 100 posts (not sure which one) to be able to send and receive PM's.
