Mike T. did my tunes and I have a question. I have a 2002 5.4l F150. I have e-mailed him three times (over the last two months) with no response to this simple question. This answer could not take too long??

Can the shift pojnt from 1-2 be changed, I mean the speed? My truck upshifts and downshifts at exactly 15 mph. It is annoying as hell in traffic. I would assume there would be a parameter change in the programmer. Last time I posted this question I got the response "talk to your tuner" but that seems not possible unless someone knows away to get Mike to respond to an email. They were fine when I ordered the program but not so on the follow up.

Email is not the answer, given how busy they are - you need to just pick up the phone & call.

That's my definition of 'talking' to your tuner ...
