Edge Dash Mount " POD "

Does anybody know where I could buy an Edge pod (black) for an 04 - 07 F-150? I am using custom tunes with the dashhawk.

You could try calling EDGE and see if they will sell you one. You should have bought the edge in the first place, and just used it for the gauges, and you would have a pod.

If I need the programmer of the EDGE i would have gotten the EDGE. All I need is the displays functions, and the dashhawk on the average of 100 cheaper. So why pay for something that is not being used.

I just looked on the EDGE website, and they don,t list a pod for the 04-07 F-150 application, the ones they do sell they want 50 bucks for, so my guess is if they will sell just the pod, it will probably run 50 dollars. Give them a call.

Another option is try to get one from someone who is not using their pod.

I wasn't trying to be a smart a$$ when I said you should just buy the edge, I just know you can get an edge for as low as 335 online. When you consider the pod alone is 50, if you paid 285 or more for a dashhawk, you could of had an edge for the same or less. Food for thought.

Thanks for your research. Another reason why I like the dashhawk is that it is a universal product, unlike the edge where it is vehicle specific. Hopefully EDGE dosent have a problem selling me the pod without there product in it.

I think I'd charge you a hundred for it!

Since it is gauges and you would normally want gauges where you can see them, it's hard to understand them marketing that without the pod.

But the Dashhawk is not vehicle specific like the EDGE. They cant include pods for every vehicle.

That seems like a big waste of 50 bucks to me, wait till you see how cheap the thing is. It probably cost them $2 to make it.

It just might cost them 2 dollars to make it, but thats how people make a living. I dont know what you do for a living but some might think you charge to much too. Im willing to pay 50 bucks for this part. I know I cant make it for that cheap and make it look that good.
