i havent been on any road trips to check but anybody out there with the edge keep data on the best setting for fuel mileage?would it be lvl 2 or 3?i know its hard to keep your foot out of it lol,but if somebody has drove 75mph all day on both settings what thier results were.thanks, bill

 

I have put a lot of miles on my truck since I got the EDGE. (probably 40,000+). And I can tell you that it doesn't make any appreciable difference in fuel mileage. Stock thru level [3], it doesn't make any difference. I've put every concieveable octane in every tune, and it doesn't make any difference. But it might make a difference in somebody else's.

 

I get the best mileage on the highway with level 3, running 93 octane. Plus running 75 +, I need level 3 for the kick it has to pass on 2 lane highways. level 2 has more lowend torque, but it fades at higher rpms. When I use level 3 with 93, I add +1 to the timing.
