Edge is closed until Tuesday. I was going to update my programmer using the lightning software...so I went out to the truck (programmed on level 2) and hit the buttons to return it to stock. It asked me if I wanted to return to stock, but locked up on that screen and it won't let me do anything and it wont even turn off. If I unplug it...Im afraid that I will lose my stock program. Please help ASAP. I have to go to work at 6pm. Thanks.

 

You are supposed to be able to plug and unplug without losing anything. What do you have to lose by unplugging and replugging? Just follow the instructions in the manual on how to do it properly. Remember, always go back to the manual and read it if there are any questions you have. I have just about memorized mine by now.

Read the guide I wrote on tuners. It explains how they work, and how to tune-retune safely. Don't do it at 6:00 on a Sunday night when you have work in the morning. That's flirting with disaster.
