Need Comp. chip advice
I have a 2001 f150 s/c larriat 5.4
would like to add some horsepower, and go from the the stock 260 to 300 if i can do it cheap enough. thought i could start with the chip and then whatever else would help. you guys got some advice? on what chips work good and what other ways i could boost horseposer.

The Troyer Stage II kit will get you what you need, if you can afford it. I installed it on a 2001 5.4 and like it. It includes intake, exhaust, ignition upgrades as well as pulleys and e-fans. Covers all the basics in a proven package, at less $ than ordering them seperately.
