Edge compatability

I just ordered an Edge and was wondering if it was compatible with the MAC systems. I have a PowerBook G4 with the OSX system and didn't know if it was just a windows based type thing. I don't even know if this matters but I was just curious.

I'm not sure if its mac compatible or not. I just checked their user manual on their website and it didn't mention mac at all...just said PC. I'd give them a shout and see.

I don't have the Edge yet, but do plan on getting one. I have a Mac laptop and a PC desktop casn I set the Edge up in the House or do I need to take a laptop into the Truck? If the latter is true I hope the Mac is compatible.

You can use the desk top, you do not need a computer in the truck. You don't even have to update it if it has the calibration for your truck already in it.
