EDGE not reading oil temp

I've had my EDGE for a couple of months now and I recently set it to display my engine oil temp (EOT), but it wont read. It just shows "0". All of the other gauges seem to work properly. Anybody else experience this? I haven't ever tried to update it because w/ the exception of this recently found problem, it has worked great. Any ideas? Should I just update it?

Almost sounds like your pcm isn't pushing the temp to your edge. Not sure how you would go about looking into getting this fixed. I'd call edge but I'd be willing to bet its a hardware issue with your trucks pcm or the actually temp gauge itself on the truck.

Yeah, i agree with above post. Mine works just fine. It surprised me that the oil stays just slightly cooler than the water temp. I expected it to be hotter than that. It also seems to take a while to get up to a running temp. I enjoy monitoring all that stuff.

Last i checked the 4.6L does not have a EOT sesnor. So you are SOL.
