How do I datalog?
Sorry guys.
I have no idea how to even begin. I've downloaded LiveLink. What next? I didn't get any datalogging instructions from TP. Also, I suck at computers but have a very nice laptop.
Any help would be appreciated

you should have gotten the data logging instructions with you work sheets,
they look a bit much at first but if you read them it is easy, just need to find a dyno or a very long strait. if not call troyer, they will e-mail you new ones.

I foud the docs. but can't open them. I called and they are faxing the instructions 2morrow. Had the worksheets faxed also. For $2,500 you'd think the Geek Squad would have installed all that crap I need

Actually, our datalogging instructions come in the same email that contained your custom program worksheets, it's all one big file. That same email contains our datalogging instructions, so all you need to do is to open that file and follow the instructions as we walk you thru step by step with regard to exactly what needs to be datalogged.
Now sometimes people lose them, or don't' recognize what they are etc., and we're happy to re-send them, so no problem, there, the main thing is you have them now.
That info in our datalogging instructions, along with the link that Mickey kindly posted, will get you thru this pretty easily. The link shows you how to set up a configuration file, and then or docs tell you all the different parameters you need to datalog, which is more than what they show in that video at that link - just FYI.
