Those with Edge and 97-03

I've been checking out tuners for a while and I think for my needs that I'm really leaning towards getting the edge sometime in the future. My main concern and dislike with my truck is the 3-4 shift and lack of responce around 50-60 mph. I'll be on the highway and have to suddenly slow down (traffic) and then when I go to speed up its a complete lack of power....it always drives me nuts. Does the Edge really help with this alot and adding some extra power?

After installing my Edge, I had noticably better throttle response. It does not give you a throw back in your seat type of power, but definitely better than stock in my opinion.

Yeah....i'm not expecting any miracles...it's a heavy truck so i understand its hard to get it moving, but i just want it to run better and def. shift alot better. Also more power and throttle response when going up hills. If I wanted absolute seat of the pants power I would put in a Supercharger, but I just don't have that kind of money. I'm still hoping to do headers and true duals in future and im sure that will help a little too.
