Hey MIKE TROYER!

Thanks for the Christmas card! It's a little late..but still, I've never gotten anything like this from a company before, and I think it's awesome that you guys do that. Keep up the good work! Now, I think you guys forgot to put in my 50% off gift certificate...

Better late than never. Mine was a little late also but greately appreciated. They were so busy with the group buy that was probably job #1.

I didn't get my 50% off either. He always says to call him if there is a problem, I guess we should all call Crystal and complain.

Thanks for thinking of us Mr. T:santa:

Got mine yesterday, too. To me, it just extends the holiday season.

Thanks Troyer Performance.

LMAO! Maybe you can change the Christmas tree (or other design) into a heart... Keep in mind that St. Patrick's Day isn't far out either so, a clover or a leprechaun are also free game!

When you say the United States Parcel Service, the first word that pops in to my mind is EFFICIENCY! In all honesty though, it's still pretty amazing that I can be holding a letter in one hand with a 39 cent stamp on it - drop it in the mail - and a guy in Arizona can be holding it a few days later. 39 cents really isn't that bad of a deal when you look at it that way...

Hi Everyone,

You know, we send out *thousands* of Christmas cards to our customers every single year - and this past year was the absolute worst job the postal service has ever done - we have so many people saying they got them late, and a higher than usual number saying they didn't' get them at all - it really torques us off, as it takes a lot of time, money & effort into getting those done, and we do all of that in house, by hand. Yes, of course we print out labels for the addressees, but everything else is done by hand, and it's an incredible effort to get thousands of cards out every year.

I'm wondering what some of the postmark dates are, as I'm wondering if that might be a clue that they sat somewhere and just didn't get processed until way too late, as I cannot believe that it took so long to get there - some people are saying they didn't' get them until January 4th or 5th, and that is darn near a MONTH to arrive - that is just unacceptable.

Our apologies to those of you who got them late or didn't get them at all, this is obviously beyond our control - and thanks for letting us know, as we will be raising the ****ens with our local Postmaster (as if that will do any good........)

We tried, everyone...............

Christmas cards are major event @ Troyer Performance...
I can personally vouch that they start writting them out by hand as early as September....And while your doing it you better not miss one or not only will Mike let you know about it, but Anita will make you go through every card in the signed box to double check that you missed NOBODY !!!!
Been there and done that.....
