What exactly are you refering to? Did you buy the 9400 or the generic off the shelf XCal?

Since Steeda tuned it, call them up. and unless you know what your doing I would not play with any of the parameter settings. If you want to get the most out of your Xcal2 call up Mike Troyer he knows his stuff
Well said - What each individual vehicle wants depends on it's configuration, how it's being used, its A/F ratios, fuel quality, and numerous other factors - forget buying *any* device and thinking you can "tune" your own vehicle by pressing a few buttons - that isn't tuning, that's guesswork and counting on luck.
That is basically a "canned" tune, they are not the kind of in-depth custom tunes that we are doing, and do not gain the kind of performance that we do.
The only way to know what to do is to datalog the vehicle and dyno test it properly and professionally (meaning thoroughly, knowing what you are doing and what to look for) and then see what it responds to - or have a true F-150 tuning expert like us tune the vehicle.
Don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, but that's the scoop. Don't let that spoil your fun, just play with it if you like but be careful, and do NOT change any of the fuel settings without dyno testing, OK?
Good luck!
