E85 tune on big six

E85 tune on big six
Just thinkn about switching to E85 since I use dumps and they stink up my cab real quick. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew of, or could tune/chip a '93 300 to run E85 a little more effeciently than the stock ECU? Thanks!
