this is to everyone who ordered their edge programmer at www.mechanics-warehouse.com. i ordered mine out of the state of michigan online, and they are having problems with out of state online orders. i calles thier home lines today at 1:30 PST and check your credit card companies for the order. Mine was unbilled and i never recieved any emails from them. in order to rectify this situation, you must email them at mechanicswarehouse@charter.net so far the service for me has been awesome. So good luck to everyone who ordered their programmers at amazing deals!

Yea i ordered mine and they didnt charge the card for a few days, and so i e-mailed them. A guy e-maile dme and said it shipped Tuesday so im waiting now. Good luck
