I just received my XCAL2 and Im trying to get a strategy read and it keeps saying that it cant read the strategy. It also cant read any DTC codes. It is currently at Firmware 1.14. I used LiveLoad to make sure I could communicate with it thru the computer and that seems to work fine. Am I missing something here? I currently have a Superchips 1714 tuner that I un-installed before attempting to read the strategy. The 1714 communicates with PCM perfectly. The return to stock completed without a problem.

Any ideas?

Hi. Yeah - at this point your best bet is to call TP (I'm assuming you got it from them), for Tech support on this issue. Tech support isn't done on these boards. They will take care of you.
