Good Greif!!! Waiting on Troyer is KILLING ME!!!

They received my worksheets on 9/5. I sent them an email yesterday, and Anita responded back that I was about 5th in line, but she couldn't give me an estimate on when I can expect my tunes... So, does anyone know roughly how long Mike takes on each order?? Just trying to guage when I'll get the email including my tunes (I already have the Xcal2 unit)... For example, if he does 2 a day, does that mean I'll get mine on Thursday, etc?

I swear, I feel like a kid that's going to Disneyland; I know I'm going to go next month, but the wait is agonizing!

Expect them within a month. Mike is very busy, and he doesnt just sit down and do tunes. It will be well worth the way, and i know how that long wait feels... trust me!

A month would be nice. That would mean that I'd get them on Thursday!

Did you know his sister-in-law just passed away? Probably not. I just read it in another thread The funeral is today. I'm also waiting on a tune from Mike. I have my X-Cal also, so I know the agony of waiting.

But, I think that under the circumstances we can show a little patience.

Condolences to you Mike, your wife and your family.

Oh no, definately didn't know that... Been there, not a good situation to be in. I hope he and his family are coping ok.

The wait is rough, no doubt, but the payoff rules; you’ll see

Definately

I waited over 2 months.

I couldn't imagine life without it!

Holy smokes, I sure hope not... I thought I remembered reading on one of Mike's recent posts that he's turning out tunes in 22 days from date he gets worksheets back from customer... That would put me at this Thursday or Friday (I hope)...

Just hang in there, it's worth the wait! Go do something like wash and wax your truck.... Then come do mine, and others....

First - that was an excellent idea, lots of trucks need to be waxed during the wait - any volunteers? We have a few trucks here that could use it! .

Now with that said, yes, we know everyone wants their tunes yesterday - of course, we already understand that - we'd have to be pretty stupid if we didn't already know that everyone wants their tunes as quickly as possible - that does not need to be pointed out, we get it, trust me!

We feel the same way you do - we know what it's like to be anxious about wanting your tuning - which is why I and most of our staff work 7 days a week, and why, just for example, my wife & I have never had a single vacation the entire 18+ years we have been together - trust me, we get it!!

So we do what we can - and just FYI in case you missed it, as we posted in a new thread so that hopefully most would know, we got thrown about a week behind thanks to having a sudden death in our family - and thus we have had to deal with a lot of nasty things like a coroner, police, mortician, funeral home, services, etc. this past week. Unavoidable - sometimes things happen.

Now in your case "bamorris," you had already called and been told where your order stands in line before you came here and posted this. Your tuning will be done in the order your CPW's were received - which was 22 business days ago as of today. Ordinarily, we might have gotten it done by today if not sooner - but given what we have had to deal with the death in our family, I'd say it looks more like we'll probably get it done over this coming weekend, OK?

Thanks for your understanding everyone,

I was told hopefully by the end of Oct and that's killing me, hehe

No Mike, I'm not rushing you, just stating the obvious about being anxious, hehe

Wow, a little strong wording there, about me already calling you... Yeah I know I've called. My point of this post wasn't to flame you at all, but to say that the wait is HORRIBLE. Not that you're horrible (obvioulsy), but that the WAIT is... Like a kid who know's Christmas is coming, but not for another month! It's agonizing, in a good way.
