Hypertech?

Just curious, but does anyone have any opinions on the Hypertech Programmers? I've obviously seen alot on here about Troyer, but I like to explore all possibilities. I'm interested in a tuner to get more out of my truck, but I don't want to run hi-octane. Honestly, I have a hard enough time affording regular in CT. Is it worth it. Plus I don't ever tow so I don't really care about that.

Do some research on the hypertech. I haven’t seen a whole lot of positive commentary about um. I recommend getting TP’s custom tunes. If you’re going to spend the money you might as well be satisfied. IMO it’s the number one bang for the buck performance mod

I had one on my '03 and it was okay. But I have the Edge on my '05 and it is awesome in comparison.

Cool thanks for the advice. I just wanted some opinions cause I know they are a little bit more affordable than say the edge or xcal, but obviously if its not that great then I would look into spending the extra. Are you guys running premium? or I should ask would I get worthwhile benefits from an edge or xcal if I just wanted to run regular gas?
