Smile Jet performance products module ....

Hi Guys,
I own a 92 F-150 XLT Super cab 4X4 with the 302 engine.
I was wondering if any of you had installed a Jet performance module (P/N 89208) on a similar truck and I was curious to see if it made a noticeable difference on your truck.
I am thinking to install one and I don't want to spend my money if it is not worth it.
Thanks for your comments
;-)

Custom tuning ?? Why not !!!
But it looks like I need to bring the truck to the shop....
Isn't it possible to get a programmed chip without bringing the truck ?
I live in Canada...a bit far away ;-)

Hi.

Where'd you get that idea? Guess where I live?

Just give 'em a call. If you do order, they'll ask you questions ( the consultation) & send you some forms ( called CPW's - Custom Programming Worksheets) to fill out & fax back. After that, it's all about the nail-biting.

Eventually a little package arrives.
You read the instructions, install the device, and then your face looks like --->

JP steered you in the right direction. I too had one of those Jet doorstops/paperweights - what can I tell ya - stoopid hurts.

Cheers

Cool...so I can get it tuned without the truck.
Also, did anybody do a custom tuning on an old truck like mine ?
If yes, were the improvements worth it ??
