Spray Painting Edge Evolution Mount

Does anybody know what color silver/gray matches the 2006 FX4 dash. My Edge programmer came with a black mount and I found several colors at Pep Boys that look close. I tried Dupli-Color DSFM225 (Medium Charcoal Metallic), but its not a good match. At $5 a can, I dont really want to do trial and error.

Anybody know of a good match??

Home Depot sells a spray paint called Rust Cap, hammered finish in medium grey. I used it because it was on my shelf at work and my son thought it came from Edge already painted the correct color. It leaves the finish a little bit too shiny so I'm thinking about spraying a clear satin on top. Otherwise it really looks good. Bill

There are part numbers either in this forum or in the 2004+ forum. I'd search around and see.

R1Jester, sorry my kids have moved out and I have no idea how to post pics. I'll give my youngest a call and see if I can get some tech support. If so, I'll have some pics up for you tomorrow. Bill
