1835 Flashpaq Tuner: Adjusting Shift Points?

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the forum. Just bought a Superchips/Flashpaq 1835 for my truck. I set it for 87 (economy) and I notice when I shift into 2nd I get a shutter type vibration under normal driving. What would be the cause of this? I have 35" tires and a 5 1/2" lift. Does it have something to due with the axle length maybe? It looks like a stock axle though! I thought it might have something to do with my shift points, but I am uncertain as to where the adjustment settings are within the superchips/flashpaq tuner are located? I didn't see this option. Are the shift points adjustments under the towing option (because I answered no to that question when Installling)
Could someone give me some advise on this. I don't want to mess up my trans!

Thank you,

Jon
