Hey guys i was puttin in a diablo chip in my truck and i cant seem to get it started, i have scraped many times but is there ne other reason it wouldnt turn over? Alos i tried starting it without the chip in it and it did the same thing so is sumthin wrong with the ECU?

 

Check the firewall connector where it plugs into the ecu. It might not be seated all the way.
