I rtecieved my tunes, i went to program my truck then it asked me about adjustments. I thought that is what troyer did, was to make all these to optimize my truck. Im hoping that since i made no changes, it uses troyer programs, and those adjustments are there for me to tweak, although this i wont do. Am I on the right track? Its programming as we speak, I hope im not missing something.

As long as you hit cancel at the options screen and installed the tune that you chose you are okay to go. You are correct in that the options are for removing spark (timing) changing tire rpm (revolutions per mile) and etc.
Yes, you should be fine, you are not required to make any adjustments, nor do we recommend making any "tweaks" - as can be seen in our documentation.
All the tuner does when you select a program is ASK you if you WANT to go into the optional parameters menu, and it gives you a yes or no option - it does not ask you to make adjustments.
Speaking of which - for everyone - please remember to read your documentation carefully FIRST, as you have both the manufacturer's documentation that explains how it works, but also our more detailed info in which we point out clearly things like how to get help when you need it - such as our emergency Tech Support voicemail that is available on weekends, for example. I was here all day yesterday, and all it would have taken was one quick phone call.
There is also a lot of other info there that XCal 2 & F-150 owners you need to know, so just speaking in general to everyone, please make sure to read your docs, OK? Thanks!
I'm glad you got your tunes this weekend (I sent them to you personally, so you would not have to wait until Monday), Tom, so you would have a chance to play with them sooner!
Have fun, & don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions!
