Xcal2

After spending months reading all of the great reviews of the Troyer tuned Xcal2's, talking to others with similar products, I decided to take the plunge. I really hate to say anything negative about someone else on here, but the transaction has been a nightmare. It's been just over a month, and I still have not even received all the forms that are needed. Downloaded the file again just to make sure I wasn't missing something. I do take some of the blame as our schedule changed and I ended up with a couple short notice TDYs back to back. Does it normally take this long? Not really what I would expect for a $500 product.

when i got my forms on may 1st- an hour after my phone call with crystal, i only got one page of the 5- so i emailed back, and she sent me them all individually- no biggie- time wise, im on week 6, and when i was talking to Neil today (since i got new, larger tires-) to update my original forms, he said Mike was finishing up the first week of may's orders.. so they are still running at a 5-6 week turn around... hopefully my tracking number will post tomorrow.

I placed my order last Thursday and got all of the forms within a hour...Chrystal told me up front that it would take about 5 weeks to get the tune...they've shot straight with me from the beginning...I can't complain...

Hello icavan,

Nobody else has ever had to go thru anything like waiting a month to get our forms - nobody.

Additionally, we have been trying to reach you for some time, to no avail.

We have even go so far as to try to email you here thru F-150 Online, but you have your profile set up not to allow that - so we have indeed been trying to reach you, to no avail - and you haven't been charged a dime, my friend.

In order for us to communicate with you, you have to help facilitate that communication by contacting us, instead of coming on here complaining that we aren't doing anything right on our end, as that simply is not the case.

Please feel free to give me a call personally and I'll make sure that this is take care of an expedited - but unless you call us, we have no way of reaching you, as we have indeed been trying.

I wish you well,
