Patiently waiting

Hey Mike,
I know it's only been 3 weeks or so since I ordered, but what's the delivery time these days on the Xcal2? Still 6 weeks or more?

Data sheets faxed in April 7th. No e-mail with delivery info yet. Used to think guy's needed chill pill's for getting too excited waiting. Now I'm not just a member, I'm the president.

Hi redracer,

Right now it's running right about 20-30 business days on new orders coming in currently, as best we can estimate.

We finally have knocked out all but just a few of the Group Buy tunes, and those are basically just a few that we needed more info on, etc. So we're just now getting worked out of that backlog.

And that is really what knocked us for a loop, was the demand for the Group Buy we did, and of course, doing that in the middle of building out & moving into our new shop, and all the problems we had with the building, it just killed us, as we just kept running into more & more problems with the building as we did the renovations. That has never been done before, meaning, a Group Buy on custom tuning, and I doubt we'll ever do that again, as I hate to see people having to wait those kind of time periods. I think it would have been considerably better if I had not had to supervise a construction crew and try to get into a new shop at the same time, of course, and I'll be much happier when we get back to what used to be our more normal turnaround time of about 10-14 business days!

We will get it done just as quickly as we can, Redracer, and thanks to everyone for their patience.
