The Chicken!!

If you can swing it, I would bundle the AF1 and the XCal2 first. That's what I've got, and LOVE it!

Since your getting an xcal2, be sure to get the 3.25" intake tube on the AF1. Your tune will be adjusted to give you more fuel for the higher air intake. Every little bit helps here. So to answer your question, intake and xcal2 should be done together. My AF1 is shipping now and I already have my updated tune waiting to be loaded !

As we have said before & also say, do the mods in order of the bang for the buck - and that is tuning, intake, exhaust, underdrive pulleys, and E-fans, in terms of the first 5, so to speak. Those are the Top 5 bang for the buck mods, so whichever among those you decide to do, that is your order of bang for the buck. And no, there is no need to wait to do tuning last, that is a thing of the past - the smart thing to do is the tuning and the intake at the same time, and go with the 3.25" AF1, as that will gain the most power and requires tuning changes - so do the tuning and the AF1 intake kit together, for a nice big increase in power - or if you can't afford to do that, then do the tuning first, and when you do the AF1, we can simply email the tuning changes to you that the 3.25" version of the AF1 intake will require.

That was totally my plan until I found out I had to pay the GOV'T $650! At the exact same time Troyer wanted to ship out the XCal II and AF1! So I had to ditch the AF1 for another day

Oh well, we gotta have roads, right?

That sucks! $650 is not going to get you much road.
