Right program loaded for Edge

I recently purchased and installed the Edge Evo on my 06 F150 5.4l truck. I have a few questions to make sure that I have everything correct. First, on the download page there are downloads for both a full installation and update only. I am not sure which to download or if I should do both? After installing the full installation on my cpu it says that it is version 1.02.0150. When the update is installed is says that it is version 1.02.0151. Which one is the correct one to use. Next, I am getting a shutter or loud humb on both levels 2 and 3 when applying a light foot on gas around 50-60. Sounds almost like a problem with the intake and/or exhaust. On level 2 I only seem to get that shutter when I have made my own custom changes. Like shift firmness up one on all levels, speed limiter up to 150, WOT Fuel up to 1.25, and Tire ratio set correct. Just pulled the version information from the Edge evo and it is as follows.

bootloader: v1.00a
Product: E3.17.18.a
Firmware: 17
Hex: TEJF1P5

Can you give me a little help?

I just ran a "Check for Updates" on mine and it looks like your version info is all up to date. My lightning software version is 1.02.0150 and when I check for updates it says it is up to date, don't know where that 1.02.0151 is coming from. On that same download page at the bottom, there is a pdf file that goes over all the latest versions and what each adressed. It shows 1.02.0150 as the latest version.

As far as the intake noise goes, I might be way off base, but when I first got my truck it made a humming-rattling noise that sounded like the intake. Turned out to be where the intake "snorkel" is attached to the fender was vibrating under certain load conditions. I just put some soft gasket seal material between the "snokel" and the fender (just around the mounting edge....don't want to block it) and that cured the problem. Don't know if that is the problem, but it may be worth checking.

I know from several other posts of guys with aftermarket intakes that when the air flow is at certain speeds that it causes resonance in the intake tube........this may be happening. Make sure everything is secured good with the intake. Hope this helps, let us know what you find.
