O2 Question for Mike

Hey Mike. Is there any special O2 sensor we need to get for our truck or can we just get it at the local Advanced Auto????

A search on here will reveal that he suggests Bosch replacements. And I believe he gets his from Autozone.

Yes, I changed mine a week ago. The passenger side can be a real pain. The wire connectors are up where you can't reach them. I did both of mine in under an hour.

Always use Bosch name-brand O2 sensors (that is who makes them for Ford, and what Ford sells as "Motorcraft" sensors and installs on these vehicles from the factory).

We do like to see people get them from AutoZone simply because their pricing & availability tends to be pretty good.

Good luck!
