Non biased edge info
I had a customer come through today with the edge juice module on an 06 f150 King Ranch Diesel. I asked him about it, and he said he liked the ability to change programs on the fly, check codes on the fly and see the data on the display (which is by the way, super small in comparison to what I expected, smaller than the bottom of my shoe)
He said that if he had it to do all over again, he wouldn't repurchase the edge for the cost. He said the power gain was mediocre, but that it would take an estimated 5 years for it to pay for itself.
Now, remember flamers, I have no opinion YET as to either, I am just passing on some info from a juice module user for others to see themselves. I believe he said it was $850.

Navi, are you thinking about buying it? I am not sure I understood your post.
On my brother's '04 Cummings, the Edge with Juice is night and day between stock. There are 5 levels or perfomance (compared to the gas equivelant Edge) and I mean WOW! The gauges are also on the A pillar which look great too!
Also, my brother said he got his for $750.00 off of Ebay. However, for my spark plugged truck, I chose XCal II.
For all future flames ahead in this thread,

Obviously its a diesel superduty you are referring to cause of the high price paid for the programmer and the ability to change tunes on the fly. That being said, any tuner on a diesel is gonna make a huge performance gain compared to any tuner on a gas jobby. You just can't compare a diesel tuner to a gas tuner performance wise. Apples and oranges.
A friend of mine has an Edge programmer on his 250-Harley Davidson Edition Diesel. Let me say this...that thing is night and day difference. He set it on Max Performance and that sucker will throw you back into your seat. I think it added somewhere in the neighborhood of 120-150hp.
