Hello just looking for some chip advice. I was thinking about getting an edge chip because of the gps and backup camera built in on some products but aparently the ones available for my 05 F150 5.4 doesn't have gps or camera. I have heard alot about the Xcal 2 and was thinking about that as well but I was wondering if you can change programs on the fly and if it has a readout to see rpm and all the other fun stuff. Anyone have any advice. I would like the power of the Xcal but would like the 1/4 mile and other readout functions of the Edge product. What are the performance differences and aybe pricing difference if possible. Please let me know.

 

The GPS and back up camera are only available for the diesel I believe!

The guys at Edge anounced last week (or week before?) that they will be devoloping the A2 for the 04-06 F150. They said on truck talk that they are looking for some beta testers.

That figures I just got my Edge last Wednesday, by the way it woke up my truck in a big way. Great mod, definitly my best mod to date.
