Did Edge fix its problems with stall/no start?

I havent been on the forum to check 2C the lastest status on Edge's lastest download....problem with stall/no start with some truck. Is that all resolved? I like to download 2C if it would be OK and perhaps have better reading on my AMPG????

I was having a stall problem with my edge on level 3 when coasting or letting off the gas. Stock and levels 1 and 2 were fine, just 3 was messed up.
Did anyone else have this problem?
Anyways I called edge, they told me to update, I did. Now I'm just waiting to burn the rest of the 87 octane out so I can fill it up with 91, load level 3 and see if the update fixed the problem.

I have a similar problem which I have been trying to get adressed. My truck seems to studder/burp/jump, whatever you what to call it, at around 50 MPH with light pressure on the gas pedal only on the #3 tune though. Seems to trigger it by going over a bump or something similar

Did you return to stock prior to the upgrade?

I think Bill's e-mail is posted somewhere. I'll look around.

Phone number for Bill at EDGE: (801) 337-2162.

Still looking for e-mail address.

Thanks EXPY, I actually searched the forum for his e-mail, Phone, and home address . I did return it back to stock, instlled the lightning software again and all went perfectly fine on the software end. Went outside and loaded the program and went to level 3 and it turned over then just stalled. I went back to stock, and same thing happened. Went to level 1, no start. Level 2 did start, but when hitting 1700 rpms in park it shudders and almost stalls.............

I actually got a chance to set te display with AMHG and other settings..........so it did install the new firmware. My wife reminded me "if it ain't broke don't fix it" ironically I've been waiting for the waters to calm down before I updated. It was the first time I updated since December

I updated my Evo to the latest versions (15a and 17) everything went well and loaded up fine....drove it and I think AMPG is better reflected than the past versions. I am currently running on level 2 with firm shift set on 1 and 2 to -1 pts each to shift little smoother. FYI my truck is from RXAQ5 hex code....

Did you return the trucks PCM to stock?

Not the Edge unit, but the truck itself?

The edge is back to stock, but it was late last night and didn't have a chance to try too much. It's my understanding that I need to disconnect the battery for a bit and that should reset the Trucks PCM to stock right?

If you did the programming option "return to stock" on the Edge and the unit programmed the PCM, then your PCM should have the stock program loaded. I don't know how you can return the Edge to stock and not program the PCM to stock? I don't think disconnecting the battery has anything to do with loading the stock program. Did you get ahold of Bill? I hope you get things worked out soon, good luck.

I'm not sure why the Stock program seems to have blown out? It gives me the correct hex code since I've had day one. I wonder if my stock program is some how damaged? I haven't talked to Bill, he's on the west coast and its his day off. Thanks for your help, hopefully somebody gets a hold of me soon.
