Customer Service

I'd just like to say THANKS to Bill from Edge !!!
I just got my Evo but I'm in kind of a predicament with not being able to get any upates right now because my PC's harddrive to a dump last night!
Well anyway, I just emailed him my problem and asked for some suggestions.
And to my surprise he replied back within MINUTES, that's right, I said MINUTES!!! and just a few at that !!!!
All I can say is ...That is awesome customer service!!!!

He does seem to put in alot of hours, thats for sure. I have yet to not be able to get ahold of him for when I have had any concerns or questions.
Congrats on the purchase.
